We will be starting our Episcopal 101/New Members Class in January. We encourage you to participate fully in the process. In other words, dropping in on a class or two is not ideal. This is not just going to be an intellectual exercise, but a deeply spiritually formative experience.
The group is going to recover common prayer, and embrace a common spiritual rhythm of life during this season.
The Sessions:
Ecclesiology:
Being Church in an Age of Individualism
Prayer and Spirituality I:
Common Prayer, Common Rhythm
Prayer and Spirituality II:
Rule of Life
Prayer and Spirituality III:
Meditation, Gratefulness, and Contemplative Spirituality
‘Receive One Another’ I:
Teaching each other what we’ve learned (In-person)
Liturgy I:
Eucharist as Cosmic Liturgy (Seasons & Genesis)
Liturgy II:
Eucharist as ‘Remembering the Future’
Scripture:

Loving Our Neighbors I:

The videos will be released at the beginning of each month, starting in January. Each month, those participating will have the whole month to watch the video and to respond to the discussion questions provided.
There will be two in-person gatherings, but the time and place have yet to be determined.
